Job Description: -

We are looking for a Sr. Performance Engineer in our BigFix Product team with 5+ years of experience who possess the following skills:

• Btech/BE in Computer Science or related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience.
• Good programming skills (E.g. Python, C++, Java, Bash, PowerShell) Anyone.
• Experience with workload automation and simulation tools (JMeter).
• Experience in OS (Unix, Linux, Windows, MacOS) and Database (SQL Server, SQLite, MongoDB, DB2)
• Working comfortably with distributed version control systems & Project Management tools (GIT or similar)
• Experience with virtualization and container technologies such as AWS, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of Agile Testing methodologies (BDD, TDD)
• Working Experience with Defect management tracking tools (JIRA, Rational Team Concert or similar).

In our team you will be responsible for:

• analyzing the product performance and scalability against the customer requirements and projected use cases
• working closely with Product Managers and Product Architects to understand the requirements and the product implementation
• contributing to assure the quality of the BigFix products in terms of performance and scalability
• coordinating, developing, maintaining and owning performance validation activities.
• driving the development of performance test automation frameworks and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
• reviewing all performance activities, e.g. test execution, collecting metrics, reporting defects etc.
• direct engagement with customers for performance advocacy and troubleshooting.
