Technical Lead - Blockchain (6-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of blockchain developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Blockchain Development : Oversee the design, development, and deployment of blockchain-based applications, with a focus on using Golang.

- Project Collaboration : Work closely with solution architects, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure the project aligns with business goals and technical requirements.

- Best Practices Implementation : Implement and promote best practices for blockchain development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Crypto Exchange Expertise (Preferred) : Lead projects involving the development of crypto exchange platforms, ensuring secure and efficient transactions.

- Technical Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during project execution.

- Architectural Contribution : Play a key role in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization.

Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in IT development, including technical leadership roles.

- Expertise in blockchain technologies, with hands-on experience in designing and deploying blockchain solutions.

- Proficiency in Golang is required.

- Experience with crypto exchange platforms is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of smart contracts, distributed ledger technology (DLT), consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.

- Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, including DevOps and CI/CD practices.

- Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Leadership & Communication :

- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.

Education : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
