Job Description :-

• We are looking for a skilled Spark developer with strong knowledge of Data Engineering processes.
• The ideal candidate should be able to work on Databricks and Azure Data Factory independently.
• He should be able to fulfill following responsibilities:-
• Responsibilities: -

1. Spark Development: Design, develop, and maintain spark-based code

2. Performance Optimization: Candidate should be able to work on performance optimization task independently

3. Estimation: Provide estimation of errort required to complete assigned tasks

4. Data Engineering: Develop ADF pipeline and deploy/run spark code in Databricks

5. Git Awareness: Work collaboratively with the development team, version control using Git, and follow best practices for code management

6. Ownership: Take complete ownership of assigned tasks. Work with team and also provide help to junior team members.

Qualifications: -

1. Proven experience as a Spark Developer

2. Hands-on experience on working with ADF and Azure Databricks.

3. Sound knowledge of SQL should be able to independently write SQL query

4. Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly within Azure will help

5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills

6. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, or a related field
