The Technical Delivery Lead (TDL) is responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of talent experience solutions, with a strong focus on Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Phenom products
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of SaaS solutions, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet client needs
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge in SaaS and TXM environments
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Oversights:
Experience with APIs, SOAP, Postman, CMS, ATS, CRM and Scrum process
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee TXM projects from inception to completion
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
Team Leadership:
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement
Conduct regular scrum meetings, and ensure clear communication of project goals and expectations
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients and the TPM(Technical Program Manager), ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their requirements are met through effective project management and delivery practices
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery
Develop and maintain project documentation, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures for delivery
Utilize Phenom internal tools/SOAP and Postman for testing and validating APIs to ensure robustness and reliability
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between different teams, ensuring cohesive and aligned project execution
Promote effective communication and collaboration between development, QA and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Master s degree is a plus
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical project management or a related role
Proven experience in leading and delivering complex projects, including deployment and integration
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Deep technical knowledge in SaaS technologies, cloud platforms (e

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e

Delivery Metrics Management:
