Understanding of business requirements, GAP analysis, process mapping, solution design, work arounds, interfaces, user training etc Very Good experience in Technical Knowledge on Oracle Applications, R11i / R12 Very Good experience developments, implementations, and testing of solutions Should be able to develop new modules, enhancements and customizations and integrate with Oracle Applications Ability to prepare technical documents as we'll as test plans and test scenarios using AIM/OUM methodology Strong knowledge in Oracle Application Modules: Finance, SCM, HRMS, Manufacturing, Projects, etc Ability to co-ordinate and work with Project team members located Onsite / Offshore Ability to lead a team and delegate work to subordinates Technical Competencies Experience in RICE Components Very Good Experience in Forms / OAF Very Good Experience in SQL / PLSQL Very Good Experience in Oracle EBS R11i / R12 Very Good Knowledge in Workflow , AME Good Knowledge in Web Services / SOA Fair Knowledge in Functional Aspects Good
