Role & responsibilities
1. Wire-bonding, MMIC attachment, Epoxy application experience.
2. Knowledge about Soldering techniques /process, component Identification, Visual Inspection
/ touch up.
3. Knowledge in chamber operation, Inward inspection & QA activities.
4. Test data verification, In process Testing.
5. Handling of assembly lines, Assembly of FR4 / duroid PCBs, Modules integration / fixing activities, IPC standards of assembly and quality.
6. Assembly of SMT, Leaded Components, Wiring and PCB die attachment.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Candidate with Diploma (ECE) / ITI Electronics background.
2. Preferrable 1-5 Years experience in relevant field.
