Technical Architect

We are looking for a Technical Architect with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with experience in React (20-30%). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with stakeholders and leading technical initiatives. This role also involves client interaction, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Contribute to front-end development (20-30%) using React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Interact with clients, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define technical architecture, design patterns, and frameworks to improve system performance and scalability.
• Lead the development of RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring efficient communication between distributed systems.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability through best practices and modern technologies.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in Java, Microservices, and front-end technologies, recommending improvements as necessary.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, QA, and product owners) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Strong hands-on experience in architecting scalable applications with microservices architecture.
• Front-end development experience with React.js (20-30% of the role).
• Solid knowledge of RESTful API design, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client interaction and requirement gathering.
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working in a collaborative team environment.
