Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models for various use cases, including NLP, image generation, and data augmentation.
- Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or similar frameworks.
- Build and integrate AI-driven automation solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Work on prompt engineering, model customization, and AI-driven decision systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI solutions into scalable applications.
- Leverage MLOps best practices for model training, deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Deep Learning and evaluate their feasibility for business applications.
- Develop API-based solutions for AI services and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms.
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
- Work with Dataiku (if applicable) to streamline AI/ML workflows, data preparation, and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Generative AI and Deep Learning.
- Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and related AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience working with LLMs, Transformers, and Diffusion Models.
- Knowledge of Neural Networks, NLP, GANs, VAEs, and multimodal AI architectures.
- Proficiency in MLOps, model deployment on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for RAG-based AI applications.
- Familiarity with Dataiku for AI/ML workflows, data transformation, and automation (good to have).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Generative AI and Deep Learning.
