Lead Role: The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of over 20 SREs.

Budget: Pune- upto 20 LPA/ Bengaluru- upto 38 LPA

Job Description

Technical Service Manager Role:

• SRE Exposure (6-8 Yrs), DevOps, Exposure to high vol. transaction mgnt with APM tool Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk & Grafana

• "Hands on experience in TDC /CD technology stack(React, Nodejs, SRE)

• Bachelors degree /4-year college degree in Computer Science or engineering-related fields and relevant work experience.
• 8-10 years experience in total in IT services
• Identify off-the-shelf components that provide the most business value, integrate them according to best agile software development practices including proofs of concept, automated testing and soliciting feedback from business and technical stakeholders
• 2+ years experience as a Service delivery Lead and 5+ years experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Holds good understanding of Scrum and/or SAFE
• 3+ years experience in supervising small and large teams of leads and analysts.
• 3+ years experience in managing offshore resources and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to discuss issues and concepts with technical and business teams
• 3+ years’ experience working in a top-tier consulting firm as an technical lead or above.
• Cloud certification or exposure and understanding in similar.
• Ability to conduct client interactions with assured, respectful, and tactful attitude
• Ability to lead discussions with senior and executive level client management"

SRE Technical Service Manager (TSM) with 12 to 15 years of management experience, including over 7 years in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
