Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
Must have knowledge of Windows OS, Window Server and a basic understanding of different Linux OS and troubleshooting it
Manage and monitor installed systems to ensure smooth operations.
Test and maintain operating systems for optimal performance.
Ensure application performance through regular monitoring and troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, databases, printers, and operating systems.
Assist in managing firewalls and VPN setups for secure connectivity.
Possess a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Have knowledge of Windows Server and a basic understanding of Linux.
Be experienced in troubleshooting IT equipment like printers and databases.
Exposure to firewalls and VPN configurations is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
Preferred candidate profile:
1 Year experience
