Role & responsibilities

• To achieve monthly Sales targets of the Branch as per business plan.
• Building a quality portfolio.
• Quality sourcing to be ensured.
• 100% Retention of Existing customers of the branch & New customer acquisitions through referrals.
• 100% Collection Efficiency need to be achieved on monthly basis at branch level.
• 100% NACH & PDC Clearance (Collection)
• No reconciliation to be pending at business end.
• Ensure new expansion plan executed successfully
• Recruitment to be completed on time as per Business Expansion plan.
• Plan various marketing activity based on the business requirements and ensure proper implementation at the branch level.
• Competitor analysis on regular basis to know the trend of activities carried out by different competitors in the market.
• Adherence to all policies, Processes and ensur same are followed in the branches.
