Operations Support Executive

• Having excellent knowledge of Payin, Payout, Demat, Stockbroker back-office Operations
• Making calls to the clients, solve the queries, Inter departmental coordination,
• Provide support, service, and guidance to the client on continuous basis.
• Coordinate with HODs.
• Train back-office software at various broker locations
• Should be able to work independently.
• Escalating client queries through emails and calls
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Candidate Profile

Smart, good communication skill, Problem solving capabilities, should have knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point.

Exp:- Minimum 2 years in relevant field
Above 6 month Experience of back office in Stock Broking is required ( Equity, derivatives, Commodity, Currency, Mutual fund, Depository etc
