Solution Architect - RPA/UiPath (8-9 yrs)

UIPath Solution Architect & Document Understanding.

Chennai & Noida.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of complex RPA solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process flowcharts, and technical specifications.

- Conduct thorough feasibility studies and impact assessments for RPA projects.

- Identify and evaluate potential risks and mitigation strategies.

- Leverage Document Understanding capabilities within the UIPath platform to extract data from various unstructured documents (e.g., invoices, contracts, forms).

- Design and implement robust data extraction models, including OCR, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and machine learning techniques.

- Ensure data accuracy and quality through rigorous testing and validation procedures.

- Continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of Document Understanding models.

- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality RPA solutions using UIPath Studio and Orchestrator.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA deployments.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions.

- Collaborate effectively with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders.

- Mentor junior team members on RPA development best practices and Document

- Understanding techniques.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training programs.

- Contribute to the planning and execution of RPA projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in software development or IT with a strong focus on RPA.

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex RPA solutions using the UIPath platform.

- In-depth knowledge of Document Understanding capabilities within the UIPath platform, including OCR, NLP, and machine learning techniques.

- Experience with data extraction from various document types, such as invoices, contracts, forms, etc.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
