Job Description

Position Overview:

Tech 4 Logic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive and manage end-to-end IT sales processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's client base, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored IT solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the IT domain.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Managers.

Client Engagement:

  • Understand client requirements and present customized IT infrastructure, networking, and security solutions.
  • Conduct high-level presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and post-sales support.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with accurate sales data and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop competitive proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position Tech 4 Logic as a market leader.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement of service offerings.

Key Requirements:


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including networking, security, and infrastructure services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
