Exceptional implementation and troubleshooting skills in Citrix Virtual
Apps/Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) and Hypervisor (XenServer) Sound exposure to Citrix ADC, Gateway, SD-WAN, Web App Firewall,
Application Delivery Management, etc
Proven skills in optimizing Citrix infrastructure Excellent understanding of Citrix Provisioning and Machine Creation Services
Apt at Upgrades and Patch Management
Evolve best practices aligned to ITIL
Perform Vendor Management
Well exposed to handling escalations, change control requirements, incident and problem resolution mechanisms; handle incident management and problem management tasks by performing proper troubleshooting, the root cause analysis and remediation
Establish mechanisms/processes to identify incident/problem trends and implement measures to prevent them
Creating and Maintaining technical documentation/SOPs
