Specbee - Vice President - Data Analytics (12-15 yrs)

Title: Vice President Data Analytics.

Required Experience 12+ years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Setup and run the data analytics business practice.

- Team management.

- Work with the C-team to define strategic vision about running and growing the practice.

Data Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

- Identify key data opportunities and challenges, and develop actionable plans to address them.

- Oversee the development and implementation of data governance policies and standards.

Data Engineering:

- Lead the data engineering team to design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and data warehouses.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data sources.

- Drive the adoption of advanced data technologies and cloud platforms.

Data Science and Analytics:

- Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop advanced analytics models and insights.

- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to business leaders.

- Leverage machine learning and AI to uncover new opportunities and optimize business processes.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, develop, and retain top data talent.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

- Communicate complex data concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives

Required:

- Must be currently working as a VP or equivalent role.

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a team.

- Must have led a team Data scientists, engineers, analysts to build solutions.

- Must have in depth knowledge of Data Analytics, Data science.

- Must have implemented Data Analytics, Data science- solutions at enterprise customers.

- Must have demonstrated ability of consulting with enterprise customers.
