Job Description :

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will bring a wealth of experience to our team, driving complex projects from concept to execution and leading a team of developers.

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Angular and .NET Core to build, optimize, and maintain high-quality web applications while ensuring coding standards and best practices are upheld.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Development : Oversee the development process, from front-end and server-side development to requirements analysis, API integration, release, and ongoing support.

- Team Leadership : Provide technical leadership to the team, mentor junior developers, and drive technical decision-making.

- Project Ownership : Take full responsibility for the design, development, and implementation of project modules and components.

- Technical Proficiency : Demonstrate strong experience in Angular (4 and above), TypeScript, C#, REST APIs, MVC, and .NET Framework Core.

- Debugging and Troubleshooting : Apply excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills across web UI, back-end APIs, and IIS Web Servers.

- Code Quality and Standards : Review, refactor, and maintain high coding standards while promoting best practices.

- Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

Essential Skills and Experience :

- Frontend Expertise : Proficient in Angular 4+ and TypeScript, with experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. Capable of writing and executing unit tests in Angular.

- Backend Expertise : Extensive experience in ASP .NET, Ado .NET, C#, and REST API development. Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ queries.

- Database Management : Proficient in MS SQL Server, including writing stored procedures, joins, triggers, and functions.

- Development Tools : Strong command of Git commands, experience with TFS, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Full Stack development, with a strong focus on Angular and .NET technologies.

- Proven experience in leading a team or project, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills.
