We are able to regenerate knee cartilage, the clinical study and clinical trials support this. We are running trials for diabetes drugs and planning for rheumatoid arthritis drug. We are dedicated to enhancing patient care through groundbreaking solutions.

We're on the lookout for a visionary COO to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in transforming healthcare delivery. The next Financial milestone is to scale 10X to reach 150Cr revenue per month by March 2026.

Roles:

- As our COO, you'll be the mastermind behind the seamless functioning of our clinics, the architect of our expansion into new territories, and the operations guru who ensures everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all TechClinic Connect clinics to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.

- Develop and implement cutting-edge policies to boost performance and patient satisfaction.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvements.

- Ensure compliance with the highest regulatory standards and industry benchmarks.

- Lead the planning and execution of new clinic openings, managing construction and development activities.

- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly setups for new clinics.

- Supervise and inspire the fleet of offline therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

- Design and implement training and development programs for therapists.

- Monitor and support therapist performance, providing necessary resources and guidance.

- Oversee supply chain, inventory, and distribution to ensure timely and efficient delivery of supplies and equipment.

- Collaborate with departments to align operational strategies with business goals.
