Detailed Job Responsibilities
Be the primary spokesperson and representative for the Artists
Oversee and organize the artist s daily schedule, ensuring smooth execution of commitments.
Manage bookings, tours, performances, and contract negotiations.
Plan and execute album projects, releases, and promotional campaigns.
Identify and secure opportunities for music and brand collaborations.
Establish and implement long-term career growth strategies.
Train and mentor artists to enhance their skills, stage presence, and public image.
Coordinate with PR, marketing, and social media teams to enhance artist visibility.
Promoting artists through social media and other forms of publicity
Ensure the artist is well-prepared for performances, interviews, and events.
Assist the artist with both personal and professional challenges, providing guidance and support.
Negotiate and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and endorsement deals.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and revenue streams related to the artist s career.
Following up with third parties to ensure timely payments
Monitoring income, performance invoices and payments etc
Negotiating contracts with record labels and performance venues
Completing paperwork for artists such as contracts, tour budgets and legal documents
Overseeing royalties
Develop and maintain strong relationships within the entertainment industry.
Encourage the artist to explore new creative ventures and expand their artistic reach.
Organizing the logistics of recording sessions
Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Education Qualification & Key Skills require
Bachelors or Masters in Music, Arts Management, Entertainment Business, or a related field.
Relevant experience in artist management or the entertainment industry preferred.
