Sales Officer - AHL

Location: Nellore

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cold calls to be done in the location mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated.
• Distribute brochures in the area to generate leads.
• Conduct market visits and promote the product to prospective customers.
• Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers.
• Understanding customers requirement for Housing loan and pitching the right product as per requirement.
• Logins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist.
• Maintain daily sales report.
• Collect 2 references from every login customer for AHF
  

Age, Educational & Experience Requirements:
Age: 22 to 35 Yrs

Educational Qualification: Graduate
Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 Years of Sales Experience / Affordable Housing Loan Experience
