Experience in handling Onboarding in the recent past is preferable
Should be an expert in contract/offer letter generation process
Should be an expert in employee data management and BGV process
People handling experience is needed, minimum of 1 year
Should have excellent communication skill both written and verbal.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as experience with People handling, Background Verification, Contract/Offer letter preparation, Onboarding and Compliance as well as job-specific skillsets.
This role is based out of Chennai.

To deliver HR services and support to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni and third-party vendors.
