Team Leader - (Tele - Collection Process)

Job Title: Team Leader - (Collections Tele calling) 

Experience : 2- 4 Years 

Commitment : Contract (Off-Role)

Team : Collection & Recoveries

What You Will Do:

• Needs to Manage in house tele calling team (25-30 headcount), No field collection.
  • Ensuring assigned targets are achieved
  • Interact with High-Risk customers and get the account resolved.
  • Needs to Coordinate with Collection Manager and make sure the required process is followed or implemented.
  • Should have knowledge on Dialer and current dialer software. 
  •  Ensure that the entire telecalling team maintains the required intensity and consistency in follow-ups.

What You Will Need To Succeed:

• 2 to 4 years' work experience in managing an in-house telecalling collection process is required. 
• Experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech preferred.
• Knowledge of MIS/ Excel is required.
  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
