Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to meet goals and performance expectations.
Task Allocation: Assign tasks and responsibilities based on individual team members' strengths and expertise.
Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Project Management: Ensure all team tasks are completed on time and within the defined quality standards.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve conflicts or issues within the team to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance and project progress for upper management.
Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and work with HR to organize training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the team and upper management, ensuring clear communication of goals and expectations.
Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and workflows, suggesting improvements to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Minimum 1 year BPO experience, Sale background prefered . Out Bond exposure is must. Have lead a team of 25-30 memebers

Work environment is good.
Seniors is not helpful with TLs .Clients misbehaving but seniors do not prtest about that. Salary scale is low . Create pressure to do other work like as MIS report making activities with TL work .Hence work load is very high for that the working gours should be 12 to 13 hours .
