We are looking for an experienced Pre Sales Team Lead to manage and coordinate our pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, coordination, relationship management, and reporting. This role is critical in ensuring that customer queries are addressed promptly and leads are effectively managed and transferred to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead Generation: Respond to online customer queries and divert them to the toll-free number. Follow up to track customer status with the retail sales manager. Schedule client visits to the respective site in coordination with the sales manager. 2) Coordination: Accurately transfer every lead to the respective sales manager. Attend property exhibitions and trade fairs as required. 3) Relationship Management: Build and maintain good rapport with prospective and existing clients. Maintain relationships with team members and site staff. 4) Reports: Prepare and submit weekly MIS reports on online client support and status. Generate and update CRM reports.
Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales or a related field.
