Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• To do and monitor team to Accurately code medical records using ICD-10-CM codes for HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) risk adjustment.
• To do and monitor team to Review and analyze patient medical records to identify relevant diagnoses.
• Supervise and mentor a team of HCC coders, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and obtain additional information.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
• Stay updated with the latest coding standards and practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance team efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure timely submissions.
