Biosimilar Upstream/Downstream Team Lead

Role & responsibilities : Team Lead Upstream/Downstream Biosimilar Manufacturing

Preferred candidate profile : 10-15 years experience in Biosimilar Manufacturing with 2-3 years experience as section in-charge or lead role in upstream or downstream processes of Biosimilar Manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of upstream Executives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Manage end-to-end process of Upstream/Downstream processing of Biosimilar Production
• Experience in managing team and trouble shooting
• Expertise in mammalian cell culture processes, including cell line maintenance, media optimization, and bioreactor operation
• Handling audits
