Team Lead - Luxury Sales

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing a team of Luxury Relationship Managers in Bangalore & Mumbai

- Create SOPs for Luxury Presales Management

- Listen to RM calls daily and give real-time feedback basis as per SOP

- Ability to handle and deal with HNIs and CXOs and provide necessary solutions to them

- Ensure the team is achieving their weekly/monthly targets

- Improving the monthly Site Visit targets and ensuring consistent growth

- Reviewing the overall performance of the team and preparing regular reports

- Have basic knowledge of both markets to help improve sales pitch and handle escalations

- Project recommendations to RMs and drive follow-up communication to foster a long-term relationship in both pre and post-sales

- Active Participation in site visits with the Sales team and understanding of the sales cycle

- Adept in efficiently using basic CRM tools and software

- Stay abreast of all market trends and new project launches in the market

Desired Candidate & Skills:

- Prior team management and handling experience

- Strong sales background in individual capacity

- Experience in handling HNI/ UHNIs and CXO clients

- Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills

- Real Estate Sales experience is highly preferred

- Prior experience in a target-driven role in a dynamic environment

- An above-average ability to convert and close sales opportunities

- Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written form

- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets in Bangalore & Mumbai

- Ambitious and Passionate for Sales
