We are hiring a Wealth Team Leader for Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team focused on achieving revenue targets within the wealth management sector,

including Mutual Funds, Advisory Portfolios, and Goal Planning.

• Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure team members have strong

product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary to meet

individual and team goals.

• Ensure the team effectively communicates the value of wealth management products and services to

clients, enhancing both client relationships and team revenue generation.

• Handle escalated client issues and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.

• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure alignment with business goals,

operational processes, and customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate

• Over 5 years of experience in managing a revenue-driven call center, with a specific focus on wealth

management products such as Mutual Funds, Advisory Portfolios, and Goal Planning.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding

performance targets.
