Job Title: Team Lead (Textile Industry/ Textile Manufacturing)

Location: Salem

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the textile sector, ensuring their supply chain needs are met efficiently.
• Project Presentations: Present supply chain solutions and project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and benefits.
• Supply Chain Oversight: Manage the end-to-end supply chain process for clients, from procurement to delivery, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Management: Use Excel for tracking key supply chain metrics, preparing reports, and analyzing data to drive process improvements.
• Travel: Be willing to travel to client locations to meet with clients, assess their supply chain needs, and present solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Any degree with relevant experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Textile industry / Textile Manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage complex data sets and prepare reports.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis tools, Pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to present ideas and solutions effectively to clients.
• Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
• Location: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Salem are preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of textile industry /Textile Manufacturing supply chain best practices.
