Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction in IB DP Mathematics courses.
- Design and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through exams, assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to foster improvement.
- Incorporate technology and resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Facilitate and promote classroom discussions and debates on mathematical concepts.
- Encourage student participation in mathematics-related extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IB curriculum changes and best practices.
- Create a positive learning environment that supports student autonomy.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

- Assist in the preparation of students for external assessments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure in secondary education.
- Master s degree in Mathematics or Education (preferred).
- Experience teaching IB DP Mathematics curriculum.
- Strong understanding of mathematical theories and applications.
- Proven track record of student success in mathematics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students in learning mathematics.
- Experience with varied teaching methodologies and assessment strategies.
- Familiarity with technology and digital learning tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
