Roles and Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.
  
• Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
  
• Ensure compliance with day care regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in teaching or related field (day care/nursery/preschool).
  
• Strong knowledge of Montessori methodology or early childhood education principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents and colleagues.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
