Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- A minimum of 12+ years experience in software design in the field of avionics or military products using development process and designing to quality standards (such as RTCA/DO-254, DO-160, DO-178C, MIL-STD-810 or MIL-STD-461).
- A minimum of 5 years experience in project management in the field of avionics or military products.
- Demonstrated success in the execution and leadership of complex projects requiring cost and schedule performance management and risk management.
- Demonstrated understanding of requirements management for the development of hardware and/or software systems.
- Working knowledge of FAA TSO, FARs, AC and STC regulations and procedures.
- Certification FAR PART 23/25 related experience an advantage.
- Knowledge of the relevant functional TSO compliances.
