Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: HRBR Layout

Reports To: Area Operation Manager

Job Purpose:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant,

ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, staff management, and financial

performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Manage inventory, stock control, and procurement of supplies.

2. Staff Management:

Train, and manage a team of employees.

Schedule shifts and manage attendance.

Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.

3. Customer Service:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback promptly.

Monitor the quality of food and beverages served.

4. Financial Management:

Monitor daily sales and expenses; prepare financial reports as needed.

Implement strategies to meet revenue targets.

5. Marketing and AOM Promotions:

Collaborate with the AOM & marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

Ensure consistent brand messaging in all restaurant operations.

6. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

Maintain records related to operations, staff, and finances.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.

Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field (preferred).
