Onboarding Support: Assist new customers in the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with our products.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to address any questions or concerns from potential customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and customer success strategies.
