Job Overview:

- The Product Head is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients while ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions.

- This role involves balancing client satisfaction with operational execution and profitability, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Define the overall strategy and vision for the automotive division, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Lead the development and execution of growth strategies, operational improvements, and new market penetration plans.

- Oversee long-term planning and development of automotive product lines, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Operational Excellence:

- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high-quality output.

- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

- Ensure all automotive manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, production, and quality control staff.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment to drive high performance.

- Mentor and develop talent within the team, ensuring skills enhancement and succession planning.

Product Development & Innovation:

- Drive innovation and oversee R&D efforts to develop cutting-edge automotive technologies and products.

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure successful product development from concept to production.

Customer Relations & Business Development:
