As a Software Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in improving the efficiency and quality of our software development processes.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Develop and refine software development processes, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Analyze process metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to ensure compliance.
- Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify and assess potential risks to software projects.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation, including process flows, procedures, and standards.
- Document lessons learned and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve software development processes.
- Implement and configure new tools to support the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to processes and standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of software quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Familiarity with software development tools and technologies.
