Key Deliverables in this role:
Customer Service
Strong Consumer empathy towards Brand Communication and digital marketing
- Drive and enhance Content quality across platforms to maximize consumer engagement and ROIs.
- Drive performance marketing
- Drive Digital innovation / consumer experience to be seen as industry leading
Internal Processes
- Create digital content strategy for the RTD brands
- Develop influencer content strategy for the RTD brands
- Liaise closely with the brand team and digital agencies to ensure IFOT timeline execution digital campaigns across brands
- Drive first party data for the RTD business : Collection, compliance, governance and use cases
Critical success factors for the Role:
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Qualification: MBA in Marketing from a Tier-1/Tier 2 college
Key Skills: Expertise in Socia medial, understanding of technology and AI, Understanding of digital concepts like SEO, web analytics, digital content platforms and AI Data analytics skills, Visualization and creative skills. FMCG industry knowledge a plus
