Manager - Cloud & Security Customer Service Operations

. DLP Solution Management:

Hands-on experience with DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee, GhangorCloud or equivalent. Deploy, configure, and maintain DLP tools.

Define and implement DLP policies to prevent unauthorized data access and leakage.

Monitor and manage DLP incidents, performing root cause analysis and remediation.

2. Policy Creation and Enforcement:

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop policies for protecting sensitive data (PII, PHI, PCI).

Customize policies to align with organizational workflows and regulatory requirements

3. Incident Handling and Response:

Investigate DLP alerts and suspicious data transfers.

Coordinate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to resolve data breaches or policy violations.

4. Training and Awareness:

Conduct training sessions to educate employees on data protection practices.

Create documentation and guidelines for DLP usage and compliance.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

Generate regular reports on DLP activities, incidents, and policy performance.

Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards related to data security.

6. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on emerging DLP trends, threats, and tools.

Recommend and implement improvements to the existing DLP strategy.
