Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for two wheeler loan products.
  
• Build strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
  
• Strong understanding of two wheeler loans (Tw) and vehicle finance concepts.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
