Tata Capital is Hiring for Collection Officer (Out Bound Sales Process)

Job Description-

Education Qualification- Any bachelor's degree

Relevant Experience- Minimum of 2 years of Experience in any Sales Process

Preferred Experience Should be having On-Paper Sales experience (preferably NBFC/Bank email process Experience of Personal & Business loan will be added advantage)

It will be Permanent on role job of TATA Capital

Skill Set Required Role & responsibilities

• Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company (On requirement)
• Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client
• Doing Daily call audits for team, agency and agents and making necessary reports on it.
• Manage team and agency performance, related to the assigned process.
• To ensure all members of the team agency are fully informed of targets and current sales positions.
• To be a pro-active member of the team and support all calls.
• To collate, analyze and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team.
• Good in Analytics and strategies.
• To ensure that the Call Center KPIs are met.
• Implementing sales strategies
• Monitoring & evaluating the performance of the sales agencies
• Setting weekly and monthly sales targets
• Compiling and presenting sales reports
