Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage leads assigned by the Call Center team, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures through field sales activities.
• Conduct customer visits to present product offerings and drive sales conversions.
• Ensure ethical and compliant sales practices during all interactions with customers.
• Develop and implement personal sales strategies to achieve individual targets while contributing to overall team goals.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to expand the customer base and generate repeat business.
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to the Sales Team Leader to refine sales strategies and processes.
• Maintain and update records of sales activities, budgets, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in field sales or customer-facing roles.
• Must know to speak Kannada.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate ( Any specialization)

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate product value propositions to potential customer
