Deputy Manager - Health Claims

Location Noida and Delhi

This role is for provider management team with an objective to streamline the process of admitting customers to selected VPN network hospitals, ensuring cost control and providing comprehensive support throughout the hospitalization period.

Job Responsibilities in detail:

• Respective individual would be responsible for a network of hospitals, to ensure customers are admitted to designated hospitals to control costs
• Act as primary point of contact for customers, resolving any issues or queries related to their hospital experience
• Regular check in on patients to monitor their progress and ensure they are receiving the appropriate care admissions and procedures comply with relevant standards, maintaining high levels of quality and safety
• Serve as a communication bridge between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring that everyone is informed and on the same page regarding the patient's care plan
• Implement checkpoints to verify the authenticity of customer details and admission requests and will have a watchfulness on cost and inflation of bills
