The Community Ambassadors is TaskUs first line of defense. Providing five-star service to teammates, clients, and all who enter the sites. Must have the ability to assess individuals coming through the door on a daily basis. This role has the responsibility of being TaskUs face as you will be the first and last person everyone will see. You welcome and greet candidates, executives, clients, and visitors upon entering the company premises with ridiculously high energy and enthusiasm. Link Ensures that the site & reception are in the best shape, neat, tidy, and well-managed. It is the CAs responsibility to maintain the reception area at all times. Ensure that housekeeping is consistently monitored on an hourly basis. Reports to Facilities anything that is out of order and out of safety. Link Set-up client-related requests such as basic coffee set-up, VIP set-up, boardroom reservation, and welcoming committee, works hand in hand with operations on making sure that the Internal meet such as MBR is polished and successful. Link Set up the food arrangements/Ordering from registered vendors for client visits and Employee engagement activities as inquired by the HR or People Ops. teams. Link Blocking the registered vendor venue for TaskUs team outing- Verbal. Ordering of TU Merchandise upon request and maintaining the stock. Link Raising the PR on behalf of operations related to client visits, Employee engagement activities, and merchandise. Link Maintaining the Ridiculous Taskus by ensuring that Spotify music is played in the lobby area 24/7. Link
A Community Ambassador is also responsible for tasks such as regulating and maintaining administrative tasks that are related to but not limited to client management, TU Merchandise management, executive handling, and Travel hampers for Clients. In charge of executive meetings, set up together with site EA for client and Executive visits. Assist and help in making sure that all business-related policies and procedures are understood and followed as enforced by the supervisors. Blocking of Boardrooms and Meeting rooms.
