Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic - "Floating inquiry, Preparing approvals and comparative statements and placing of Purchase order. Negotiating with supplier for price, technical specification in co-ordination with user department Follow up with supplier timely delivery of the material " "Price Comparison, initiating approval for Procurement, timely release of Purchase orders on respective suppliers Prepare Weekly/monthly MIS of Open PRs, Pos, Segregation of indent for critical items for placing immediate orders. " "Attend the Invoice related queries from stores/finance ensuring timely booking of supplier invoice and follow up for payment "
• Execution / Implementation - Price Comparison, initiating approval for Procurement, timely release of Purchase orders on respective suppliers Attend the Invoice related queries from stores/finance ensuring timely booking of supplier invoice and follow up for payment Negotiating with supplier for price, technical specification in co-ordination with user department Weekly program updates for BGS 787 FA,B737 MLGD and C295 Compliance to AS, quality, legal/statutory requirements "Compliance to EHS, OHSAS,ENMS requiements "
