Job Description
Reporting to the Technical lead - Infrastructure , the L1 Technical Support Analyst will play a critical role in providing support to the user community in the Gurgaon office and other offices around the globe. He/she will be directly responsible for assisting all Targray employees with daily use of computing resources hardware and software.
Responsibilities
- Support end-user devices and peripherals locally and remotely.
- Build and deploy laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, and other related devices.
- Application software and hardware support, hardware troubleshooting.
- Manage internal telephone, voice mail and conferencing systems.
- Provide user-training as required.
- Help to investigate network and endpoint security-related incidents.
- Assist in the analysis of business requirements and evaluation of hardware, software and network capabilities and compatibility to determine optimum IT solutions and configurations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory.
- Research as needed to resolve end user problems.
- Document resolutions for future reference.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information technology (or equivalent).
- 0-2 years of hands-on user support experience.
- Be driven, self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges and projects.
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
