The Senior Sourcing Analyst will play a key role in managing and optimizing the sourcing process to drive cost savings, efficiency, and value across the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing sourcing strategies, identifying supplier options, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance to ensure alignment with business goals. The Senior Sourcing Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the best practices and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
Sourcing Strategy & Analysis - Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and industry trends. Analyze sourcing data to determine cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for strategic sourcing. Develop sourcing strategies based on cost analysis, supply chain insights, and industry benchmarks.
Vendor System Set-up and Onboarding - Directly support vendor onboarding through the submission of new vendor system requests and the tracking of vendor set-up completion. Initiate process, track/confirm vendor facility registration in multiple systems and provide resources. Follow up on any missing information and escalate as necessary.
Reporting and Analytics - Pull metrics, conduct analysis and publish reports to support a range of sourcing activities. Reports may include quarterly Sourcing Forecast, cost change log, reliability metrics, commercialization reports and vendor partner fact-packs. Develop and maintain reporting on sourcing activities, including savings achieved, supplier performance, and market conditions. Utilize data to inform decision-making and provide regular updates to senior management.
Research and Analysis - Conduct research on matrix opportunities and needs. Provide a sourcing team with early assessment of vendors and potential vendor matrix opportunities prior to additional vendor vetting. Conduct research and benchmark competitor sourcing capabilities, organization and structure.

About you:
4-year degree
3-6 years merchandising, sourcing or inventory management experience, including vendor engagement/management.
