Role & responsibilities

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Designs review, Planning, co-ordination of Plumbing and Fire Fighting services with consultant, Architect & Structure Consultant.
• Provide the planning input to consultant.
• Review the DBR, finalization and coordination with consultants and Architects for Detail design and Drawings.
• Provide strategic design inputs and clarifications and suggest changes/modification in the PHE drawings for preparing GFC.
• Lead and supervise the PHE activities and works closely with design consultants to integrate Electrical and HVAC concepts suitable for the project.
• Preparing of Budget for the project and measuring budget variance (Budget V/s Actual) ensuring efficiency in cost management.
• Ensuring adherence to PHE designs & drawings and other applicable government statutory regulation.
• Knowledge of NBC, IS Standard and Local state Authority norms.
• Knowledge of Plumbing and firefighting system: Water distribution network, Plumbing piping, Pump rooms, WTP, STP, PNG, Internal, External and Surface drainage system, Firefighting system, Sprinkler system and Fire suppression system.
• Knowledge about new technology in the PHE Field.
• Knowledge about Green Building compliance.
• Integration of Firefighting system with Fire alarm.
• Coordination with approval/Lesioning team and provide technical support.
• Coordination with the BIM consultant, to resolve the concerned issues and issue GFC.
• Coordination with Contract/Procurement team and resolve the quarries raised by Vendors.
• Review of tender, BOQ, Technical specifications and finalizing.
• Monitoring of Execution work in coordination with site execution team.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE Or B. Tech from Premier Engineering College in India or Abroad in Mechanical/Civil Branch.
• Work experience of at least 10-12 years in Design.
• Strong sense of team work.
• Collaborating for success & effective influencing.
• Excellent coordination skill & ability to work under pressure.
• An integral member of the company, should exemplify highest standards of honesty, integrity & discretion.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDLE:

• Project management skills.
• Ventilation and Air conditioning System knowledge and understanding.
• Vendor and contractor management.
• Knowledge of NBC, IS standards and Local authority norms.
• Knowledge of Residential and commercial Construction.
• Knowledge of Project planning.
