The candidate will oversee all banking-related operations, optimize financial efficiencies, and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to support the company's growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Banking Operations Management:*
- Manage and oversee all banking-related operations, ensuring compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the company with banks and financial institutions.
2. *Financial Optimization:*
- Negotiate with banks to secure the best possible deals, including interest rates, transaction fees, and financial services.
- Develop and implement models to enhance cost efficiency in banking arrangements.
3. *Loan and Credit Management:*
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loans, credit arrangements, and financial agreements.
- Coordinate with banks to facilitate loan disbursements, repayments, and renewals.
4. *External Credit Ratings:*
- Collaborate with external credit rating agencies to secure and maintain the best possible credit rating for the company.
- Provide necessary data and insights to support favorable evaluations.
5. *Management Information Systems (MIS):*
- Prepare and present detailed MIS reports on bank terms, costs, and financial metrics for management review.
- Ensure timely reporting and data accuracy for informed decision-making.
6. *Internal Auditing:*
- Conduct internal audits within the banking domain to ensure compliance, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
- Strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
7. *Strategic Collaboration:*
- Work closely with internal departments to align banking strategies with the companys financial goals and operational requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, banking products, and regulatory changes to provide strategic advice to the management.
- *Technical Skills:*
- Proficiency in financial modeling, MIS reporting, and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, credit management, and rating agency processes.
- *Soft Skills:*
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
