Camera Setup and Operation:
Camera Preparation : Ensure that the camera is properly set up, including adjusting lens choices, ensuring the correct settings for exposure, focus, and color balance, and checking the overall readiness of the camera.
Camera Operation : Depending on the size of the production, an Assistant Cinematographer may operate the camera for certain shots under the guidance of the cinematographer, focusing on shot composition and technical requirements.
Monitoring Camera and Lens Settings : Work closely with the DP to monitor and adjust camera settings such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and white balance to match the desired aesthetic.
