Job Summary:

Tantragna Engineering LLP is looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives with a strong background in mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and expanding market reach. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new prospects and industry trends.
• Present and demonstrate mechanical engineering products/services to clients effectively.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical queries.
• Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and competitor activities.
• Travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification:

• B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a relevant industry.

Key Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach with a focus on innovation and process improvement.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Compensation:

• CTC: ₹3.5 LPA
